Attendees will also take away their own personal strategic business-development worksheets which will allow them to accurately pin-point those bottlenecks in their business which most hamper sales/business growth. The worksheets focus on strategic issues of ‘Skills’, ‘Staffing’, ‘Structure’, and ‘Strategy’, as well as a common ‘Sales Challenges’ review. This workshop includes a free: "Why Salespeople Fail... and what you can do about it!", a booklet about making and exceeding those all important sales numbers and sale forecasts.
